ONE CHEF. ONE SPACE. ONE EXPERIENCE.

Not a cooking school. HENSSLERS KÜCHE is a curated experience space where cuisine, architecture and brand identity merge into a single stage. Here, it's not just about cooking – it's a lifestyle being staged – precise, approachable and distinctive.

The result is a holistic design in which every step, from the first conceptual idea to the detailed architectural planning, was developed by a single hand. The goal was to create a brand and spatial experience that shows not only in communication and visual identity, but above all unites interior, functionality and emotion. Always as if the chef were in the house.

Development of a holistic brand and spatial staging for HENSSLERS KÜCHE – from the conceptual idea through interior and architecture to packaging and digital platform.

The space was conceived as an integral part of the brand and developed and planned from scratch. From usage and floor plan logic to material choice, lighting design, furnishing and graphic interventions. Black walls, animated with illustrative and typographic elements, set powerful visual accents and give the interior a distinctive identity. Playful. Loud. Unique. Warm wood surfaces, raw stone and concrete structures, and stainless steel surfaces create a tension between authenticity and professionalism. Truly Steffen Henssler.

Thoughtful lighting stages both work areas and dining zones alike, creating an atmosphere that combines precision and hospitality. And it secures space for conferences and meetings too – because those who work should also be rewarded.

Every detail follows a clear design line: from open kitchen islands to custom-made bars to the graphic wayfinding systems that structure the space and provide orientation. The dramaturgy of the interior allows for diverse usage scenarios – from intimate dinners to lively cooking classes to large events – while always remaining part of a consistently designed brand architecture.

The interior fits seamlessly into the comprehensive corporate design. Typography, imagery and graphic interventions are translated spatially, making the brand physically tangible. In addition, the visual identity was carried over into supporting areas like packaging – for instance for the house's own wines – creating a consistent brand presence.

The concept is rounded off by a digital platform that extends the spatial and design quality online and integrates intuitive booking processes. This makes HENSSLERS KÜCHE a fully comprehensive project that shows how architecture, interior and design strategy merge into one consistent, impressive brand experience.
